Sales Operations Specialist

CYBERGYM is growing and we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join the Professional Sales Team, In this role, you will be supporting the sales team in all operational aspects.

Your Role  as a sales operations manager

  • Be responsible for coordination of sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
  • Support the equitable assignment of the sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales representatives
  • Own the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team, to improve Sales Excellence and productivity
  • Develop, implement, and administrate and other integrated tools such as Sales Navigator and others
  • Develop key metrics and reporting to be communicated across the sales organization and leadership that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Support weekly, monthly, & quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact our growth trajectory
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and build, and improve key sales processes to ensure efficiency and high performance across teams that scale over time
  • Engage with sales reps and sales leadership to get ongoing feedback on the sales process and structure and drive improvements
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies

Skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations in a B2B company, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity
  • Extensive experience with administration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce principles and best practices
  • Experience in supporting a global sales organization across geographies and time zones
  • Strong problem solver and process-oriented
  • Passion to support your customers (the sales teams)
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and communicate
  • Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, making data-driven decisions
  • Operate well in a fast paced, dynamic high growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
